Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to have a pleasant shopping experience. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product should not have any stains, perfume smell, damage, or alterations.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sarees purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective).
- Customized or altered sarees (including fall & pico stitching or blouse stitching).
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing after delivery.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or videos showing the issue for verification.
- After approval, a replacement or refund will be processed.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Send a return request with order details.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the product or schedule pickup (if available).
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
6. Replacement Policy
- Replacement is subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
